The harmonic reducer input shaft is one of the core transmission components of humanoid robot joint modules. It is responsible for precisely transmitting the high-speed rotary power from the servo motor to the wave generator of the harmonic reducer. Through the elastic deformation principle, it achieves high-ratio speed reduction and ultimately outputs high torque to drive the robot joint movement.
Our input shafts are made of high-strength alloy steel, processed by precision CNC turning, grinding, and special heat treatment processes. This ensures extremely high dimensional stability and wear resistance even under high-speed operation and continuous load.
